creating a new Vault store partition: The directory is not empty

Error description:

"The directory is not empty"  
"An error occurred while creating the new Vault Store Partition
The Storage Service on Server_Name could not complete the operation.
Error code: The directory is not empty."

Solution:

In NetApp, you have to create a folder first on the share and then you create a vault store partition in that folder.
