Error description:

The following message pops up when you try to move a mail from your virtual vault to your inbox :
Can't move the items. An administrative policy prevents you from moving items out of your Virtual Vault.
You may be able to copy items to a new location.br/>

Actions:

You need to allow "Users can copy items to another store " in the desktop policy in the Enterprise Vault management console.br/>
